CFK has four bases for charging.
First the hourly rate, which for each of Mark Forman, Neil Kelly and David Case is £180 per hour plus VAT.
Second, the estimate whereby we will seek to estimate the costs, an estimate as such is not a binding figure due to the nature of legal work.
Third, ceiling, whereby you set a ceiling of say £1000 and we work to that and when it is reached you authorise us for another £1000.
Fourth, the retainer, This is for clients with regular legal work, whereby the client may want to purchase 25 hours a month at an agreed cost.
CFK fees are set at a level which are competitive in the North West market. CFK is a niche commercial firm and does not do work in the areas of personal injury, family or crime.
